Responsibilities:
The Head of Growth is primarily focused on expanding the company's customer base and increasing revenue. They work on strategies to acquire and retain customers, optimize user conversion funnels, and drive overall business growth.
Key Tasks:
- Market Research: Conducting comprehensive research to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer segments.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing user data and behaviors to gain insights into user preferences, pain points, and conversion funnel bottlenecks.
- A/B Testing: Implementing A/B and multivariate testing to optimize user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Channel Management: Strategically managing customer acquisition channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and referral programs.
- Metrics Optimization: Continuously tracking and optimizing key metrics such as user acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value (CLV) to ensure efficient growth.

Responsibilities:
Shapping the visual and user experience aspects of the startup's products or services. We will focus on creating a user-friendly and aesthetically appealing design that aligns with your company's brand and your user needs.
Key Tasks:
- UI Design: Creating the visual elements and layout of the product, including buttons, icons, navigation menus, and screens, to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
- UX Optimization: Analyzing user behaviors and feedback to optimize the overall user journey, navigation flow, and usability of the product.
- Brand Identity: Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all design elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and design guidelines.
- Prototyping: Building interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts before full implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach.
- Creatives: Crafting eye-catching templates tailored for various platforms, such as Social Media, Paid Ads, and Emails, to effectively engage your audience and convey your message.
Differentiator:
Focuses on the aesthetics and usability of the product, aiming to enhance the overall user experience. Role is to create a strong visual identity and ensuring that the product is not only functional but also visually appealing.

The Head of Marketing is responsible for building and promoting the company's brand, products, and services. They create and execute marketing strategies to reach the target audience and generate demand.
Key Tasks:
- Campaign Development: Conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and value proposition.
- Advertising Management: Managing advertising efforts across various platforms, including budget allocation, ad creative development, and campaign optimization.
- Content Creation: Creating and curating content for digital and offline marketing materials, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media content.
- PR and Media Relations: Overseeing public relations and media relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and manage the company's public image.
- Digital Marketing: Orchestrating online marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
